Based on business needs, consolidate global human resources, provide prompt and applicable advice to support global business expansion and to create HR partnership between HQ HR and Country HR teams / Country Managers.
Role and Responsibility
Work closely with country HR and business stakeholder, including country/regional management, assisting them to understand and implement HR global policies, procedures and to ensure compliance of both country laws/regulations and global policy and guidelines.
Execute HR programs to country/regional management from HC planning, compensation benefits issues, employee retention, performance management, annual compensation planning, internal transfer, talent development, employee relations, etc., to achieve business needs in countries.
With RM's guidance to service as HR consultant of each country to provide the HR solutions according to country situation, service level and business priority and align HQ guideline.
Coach to CHR/CH/RH in human resources management topics to enhance CHR professional capability and business leader's people management competency.
With RM's guidance to manage big countries for complicated cases and cross-country people management topics, including international assignments, cross country mobility, talent development/recruitment for critical positions and organization design.
Build high engaged relationship with country HR and business stakeholders via effective communication.

C&B general knowledge is required, including payroll, salary structure, grading structure, benefit, and understand the concept of annual salary review/promotion.

Talent acquisition knowledge from HC plan, JD writing, recruitment strategy, interview, offering.
Understand how to manage employee relationship and HR compliance.
Have HR system framework and learn system, process and software technologies quickly.
At least 5 years HR working experience, including 3+ year as full function HR or HR account service.
At least 3 years working experience with cross-culture or international HR management experience.
HR project planning / execution experience.
Master degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience is a plus.
