We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations and address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
