Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
HR Business Partner is responsible for both providing HR services to employees and playing the strategic partner role to the management team for organization and talent development. Operations is the largest organization within TSMC, tasked with achieving excellence in manufacturing, process, and technology. The HR Business Partner for the Operations organization plays an important role in the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with line managers to implement annual HR activities.
2. Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and managers.
3. Monitor policies and procedures, and communicate with employees and managers in a timely manner.
4. Design and implement activities and programs to enhance organizational culture, to level up the capabilities and attitude of employees.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above in Human Resources, MBA, Sociology, or Psychology.
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility across different levels.
3. Possess resilient, change and learning agility, team player spirit, high EQ and AQ.
4.Strong skills in problem-solving, data analysis, change management, influencing others, project management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
7. Short-term business trip is required and flexibility for rotation to other sites is preferred.
8. HR work experience is a plus.
