HR Business Partner

HTC is looking for an HR Business Partner to support our teams. This role will work closely with various departments to address people-related needs, improve team collaboration, and support overall business goals.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Work with managers and teams to support day-to-day HR needs
• Partner across various departments and regions to keep teams aligned
• Help with employee-related matters like performance, communication, and team support
• Support hiring efforts when needed, including working with recruiters and hiring managers
• Act as a point of contact between employees and leadership

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Experience working with multiple teams, departments, and different regions
• Strong English skills (able to communicate clearly in a business setting)
• Fluent in Mandarin
