Job Description

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Understand the business group's goals, challenges, and opportunities, and align HR initiatives to support them.
  • Proactively identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide HR insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.

Talent Management

  • Partner with site leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and training and development programs.
  • Identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Performance Management

  • Provide insights to business leaders on employee performance and its impact on business results.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure that performance ratings are consistent and fair across different departments and managers.
  • Advise on how to use performance data to inform talent management decisions, such as succession planning and career development.

Organizational Development

  • Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Facilitate team-building and organizational development activities.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership development and team effectiveness.
  • Identify and address organizational development needs.

HR Operations Excellence

  • Administer Corp HR programs and processes implementation in each site, for ensuring the execution compliance with Corp HR policy and guidelines.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to support business leaders to make decisions on organization management.
  • Coaching site HR on improving operation support to develop, retain and engage employees.
