As a critical leader within the HR function, you will be responsible for arranging organizational resources to deliver high-efficiency, value-added HR services. This role aligns HR strategies with corporate business objectives and drives organizational transformation within the semiconductor industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Formulate and execute HR management strategies and programs that directly support and accelerate the achievement of corporate business goals.
Benchmarking & Innovation: Stay abreast of global HR trends and external market developments (including industry benchmarks) to drive organizational optimization and innovation.
Policy Leadership: Propose and refine comprehensive HR policies and systems across recruitment, total rewards, performance management, and talent development to ensure competitiveness.
Team Excellence: Lead and mentor the HR management team, building a high-performance culture rooted in professional excellence and continuous improvement.
Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the HR Head, providing data-driven insights and consultancy to enhance overall human capital management.
Job Qualifications:
Experience: 11+ years of progressive HR experience in large-scale semiconductor companies (5,000+ employees) or international electronics manufacturing firms, including at least 5 years in mid-to-senior management roles.
Functional Expertise: Proven track record in at least two HR functional areas or a strong background in manufacturing/engineering management.
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Engineering, or a related field.
Leadership Traits: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to provide value-added consulting to internal stakeholders.
Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects, such as system implementations or organizational restructuring.
Compliance: Deep understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
