HR Key Responsibilities
. Handle daily HR operations for the company
. Coordinate mandatory core trade training and course applications for foreign workers and gardeners
. Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation
. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of gardeners, landscape workers, drivers, and other operational staff.
. Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
. Monitor employees medical examinations, training certifications, and work pass expiry dates.
. Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and overtime records.
. Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative correspondence.
. Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external service providers.
Requirement
. Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in landscape/construction industry)
. Able to work independently
. PC literacy and experience with MSOffice applications such as excel
. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
. Familiar with work pass application processes
. Able to commence work soonest possible
. Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and competencies.
