We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin/HR Assistant to support our operations and HR functions. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and HR while contributing to meaningful projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain workforce records and track training needs
  • Handle procurement of materials and office supplies
  • Collect and manage materials for projects
  • Coordinate with various project sites to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee general housekeeping in the office
  • Assist in HR matters, including staff documentation and compliance
  • Support work permit applications and related processes

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
