Role Description

  • Manage recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
  • Handle onboarding, including preparation of offer letters and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
  • Assist with government-related submissions and insurance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan HR policies and regulations
  • Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of admin experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
