Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the Group's global daily cash flow to ensure enough funding for operations in all regions.
Maintain global bank accounts and work with regional teams and banking partners on account setup and documentation.
Create and apply treasury policies and controls across the group to manage and reduce financial risk.
Coordinate global cash flow forecasts and budgeting to support financial planning.
Oversee and manage Group's external and internal loans and credit lines.
Make sure global treasury activities follow internal rules, audit standards, and legal requirements.
Prepare regular reports on cash, debt, and financial risk for management team.
Mentor and manage team member(s).
Other cash management related ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
Prior experience in a multinational environment or involvement in cross-border treasury operations is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and external banking partners.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
