Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Support the creation and management of digital and printed materials, including LinkedIn posts, brochures, branch profiles, website content and case studies, by working with internal stakeholders to prepare client-facing and employee-facing content.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for design, printing and production, ensuring quality, timelines and brand alignment.
  • Perform basic design work (e.g. simple social posts, flyers, banners) using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Market Updates & Research

  • Conduct weekly news search and market scanning on industry, competitors and relevant trends.
  • Summarize key developments into concise weekly updates for the Sales team with input from product team.
  • Maintain an archive of updates and support adhoc market research as required.

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and process marketingrelated spending, including subscriptions, capex application logistics and event/giveaway expenses.
  • Liaise with Finance and vendors to ensure accurate documentation and timely payment.
  • Track annual marketing subscriptions, renewal dates and key vendor information.

Annual Marketing Giveaway

  • Support the endtoend management of the annual marketing giveaway, from idea to delivery.
  • Assist with vendor sourcing, quotations, sampling, design coordination, production followup, internal capex processing and logistics distribution.
  • Ensure giveaways reflect brand image, meet quality standards and stay within budget.

CSR & Internal Activities

  • Work with HR in organizing and executing CSR activities and internal engagement events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
  • Produce internal communication materials such as posters, emails, basic design assets, and event recap content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of solid experience in marketing and communication fields, either in-house or with agency, with strong content management experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin with ability to summarize information clearly.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe); proficient in PowerPoint/Slides, Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for content management and basic analytics (e.g. CMS, social media, platform insights).
  • Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Outgoing, proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
