Establish and review SOPs; prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure operational compliance and quality standards are met.
Monitor operational excellence through daily transaction reports and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee end-to-end process quality, ensuring service failures are promptly investigated, root causes identified, and preventive actions implemented.
Continuously optimize services across all aspects, including total lead time, security, reporting, IT systems, and cost-saving initiatives.
Act as the key global coordinator for assigned accounts, ensuring all KPIs meet requirements and driving continuous service and performance improvements.
Manage project-based enhancement initiatives using practical tools to track progress, ensure timely completion, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5-8 years logistic industry experience with operation and commercial background
Project management experience will be a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
