Support HQ HRBP Head to develop and execute strategies to transform the HRBP team and enhance its strategic impact.
Establish team goals and KPIs to ensure HRBPs delivering efficient and value-added services.
Partner with HQ business leaders to drive organizational development, talent review, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, organization change, communication strategies and so on.
Lead team to deliver HQ-level HR initiatives and operation and facilitate business leaders making good use of people tools and HR products.
Provide coaching to business leaders to develop organizational competitiveness and leadership.
Ensure HR policies comply with local regulations and reinforce HR process and operation excellence.
Monitor HQ headcount and budget, and manage workforce planning in line with corporate HR guidelines.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with labor laws, and handle sensitive HR matters such as terminations and performance improvement plans.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 58 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles; experience in large-scale HQ operations preferred.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven collaboration and facilitation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with HQ foreign employees.
