Assist in the setup and implementation of the Group Security & Risk Management Systems, with a focus on Operation Compliance, Cybersecurity, Physical, and Transportation Security measures.
Lead the implementation and oversight of Risk Management specific projects.
Revise and establish relevant procedures, along with crafting relevant training content.
Spearhead cargo and shipment security investigations comprehensively.
Perform audits and maintain proactive follow-ups with regional stations regarding Risk Management related work and issues.
Assist with Global Risk Assessment initiatives to identify potential gaps and risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide administrative support in areas related to Risk Management.
Be prepared for frequent international and domestic travel as per the role's requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or familiarity with ISO 28001, ISO 27001, CTPAT, AEO, or similar standards is greatly valued.
Candidates with a background in Security Management, Policing, Crime Prevention, or associated fields will be prioritized. Practical experience in areas such as warehousing, transportation, forwarding, security, law enforcement, or military is particularly valuable.
Candidates with at least 3 years experience in frontline operational roles that offer a deep understanding of day-to-day operational intricacies are highly preferred.
