Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years office administration or secretarial experience, preferably in healthcare industry or sizable organization
Knowledge in hospital setting, workflow and terminologies would be an advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Customer-oriented, self-initiative, well-organised and detail-minded
