Bachelor Degree in Education, Healthcare or related disciplines from a recognized institution, preferably with a post-graduate Master in Health Services, Education, Training or related discipline
Proven work experience as a Trainer, Facilitator or similar role
Possess knowledge and experience of instructional design theory and practical implementation
Excellent planning and execution skills
Strong leadership, influencing and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Experience with setting up e-learning platforms is an advantage
