Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead and execute the organisation's overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue, market share and profitability.
- Develop new business opportunities, strengthen key accounts and expand market presence across corporate, leisure and other relevant segments.
- Drive integrated sales, marketing, digital, distribution and revenue optimisation initiatives to maximise commercial performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate industry and strategic partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of customer focus, innovation and accountabilities
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 10 yrs senior-level experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, commercial performance and market development within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution channels and digital marketing, with sound commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
