The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Has 10+ years of experience in ProAV or IT/AV integration roles
- Possesses expert knowledge of AV-over-IP, control systems, and large-venue solutions
- Demonstrates strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Brings strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to complex projects
