Job Description Summary

This position has a strong business development focus, requiring close engagement with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive solution adoption and commercial success. Designs and develops security architecture solutions aligned with recognized security and compliance frameworks to address business risks. Responsibilities include technical planning, architecture development, and updating specifications. Develops requirements for new controls based on software and hardware products/services within an IT environment. Assesses compatibility and integration of security products/services to ensure that security controls are effectively integrated across the system architecture and aligned with interdependent security measures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive business development activities, including solution positioning, customer engagement, and supporting sales efforts to expand security offerings in Greater China.
• Manage security architecture projects and initiatives, including oversight of project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions that meet established security standards.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in developing and updating security policies and procedures.
• Participate in security assessments and support compliance initiatives.
• Communicate security-related information to key stakeholders.
• Monitor security incidents and support incident response activities.
• Support training and development of junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in a similar security architecture role.
• Demonstrated experience managing security projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and compliance requirements.
