Job Description

  • Develop and execute the private banking sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of private bankers and relationship managers to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, offering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives across the bank's products and services to maximize client value.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
