Job Overview: The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring sustained business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and ensure professional growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate the sales process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients to secure long-term business partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales management, preferably in FMCG, Retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
- In-depth understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and CRM.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend company events.

- Experience in regional sales leadership roles.
- Familiarity with offline D to C and Hyper market.
- Strong network within the industry.
