Purpose of the Role:
- The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and execution of regional/ country projects, meetings with country, region, and clients. He/she will support the marketing operations to ensure compliant and seamless planning and execution these activities.
- Where experience-fitting, he/she will also be tasked to develop and implement the brand plan and marketing activities for selected product within the regional/country priority brand(s). The position holder will then work closely with regional brand managers to cascade the regional strategy of portfolio while ensuring execution excellence in country.
- He/ she will lead/ upgrade the marketing team and optimize the capitals to ensure the team can deliver the requirements from the principals and drive the brand team to perform efficiently.
What Youll Do :
- Handle day-to-day operations to support the marketing team and tasks allocated by the regional marketing team and ZP Commercialization BU GM
- Responsible for seamless and efficient business meetings within marketing function.
- Lead annual marketing & activity planning by integrated sales & marketing efforts, well communicate with clients and get clients approval before the beginning of next year.
- Accountable for guiding the marketers on planning and implementing the brand plans and initiatives for assigned brands.
- Liaison between ZP Commercialization, clients, regional brand leads and country teams in planning and implementation of strategic projects.
- Coordinate the channel budget allocation (sales target & resource) and urge the sales planning by channels.
- Guide Sales & Marketing integration to ensure workable promotional programs, monitor the disciplinary sales implementation and review the implementation results periodically.
- Develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans, strategies and initiative for assigned products.
- Strengthen Sales Force Effectiveness by essential product knowledge/ capability training, precise target segmentation and disciplinary call planning/ implementation.
- Understand business needs and translate market insights to strategies while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate brand performance against goals and implement improvements where required as well as adjust the responsible principals of the PMs to balance the headcount productivity and maximize the business opportunity.
- Develop all above and below the line activities to maximize the ROI of existing products.
- Take real-time motivating/ corrective actions for the over/ under-performance to the agreed goals/ KPIs to ensure the achievement of planned goals.
- Recruit, develop and secure talents to maximize the ETC business opportunities.
- Work with regional colleagues to sharp team the essential capability, e.g. marketing planning, SFE enhancement and COMPASS Marketing Functional Competency.
- Be one of key management of ZP Commercialization to drive commercialization growth. Support other functions of ZPTW to improve the corporate productivity and efficiency.
What will make you successful:
Must Have:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in life science or business administration related;
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably experienced in managing different product lifecycles.
- At least 5 years of leadership role (team size 5ppl and above)
- Fluent English capability in speaking, reading and writing
- Be able to build trusting business relationships by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to influence or inspire sales & marketing team to buy-in new concept and behavior change.
- Proven track record of collaboration and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good ability of business analysis and training skills.
