Lead end-to-end First Mile, Last Mile, and Linehaul fleet operations, ensuring SLA, cost efficiency, and productivity targets are achieved
Oversee on-ground operational execution across fleet teams, including managing Fleet Supervisors and in-house drivers
Manage vendors and external transport partners, ensuring service performance and compliance with operational standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale operations sustainably
Enforce operational discipline through SOP compliance, performance management, and penalty frameworks

Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, fleet, last mile, or large-scale operations management
Strong experience managing on-ground operational teams and external vendors/3PLs
Strong analytical skills (Excel required)
Proven experience in process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational scaling
Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
