Head of Fleet - SPX Express

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end First Mile, Last Mile, and Linehaul fleet operations, ensuring SLA, cost efficiency, and productivity targets are achieved
• Oversee on-ground operational execution across fleet teams, including managing Fleet Supervisors and in-house drivers
• Manage vendors and external transport partners, ensuring service performance and compliance with operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale operations sustainably
• Enforce operational discipline through SOP compliance, performance management, and penalty frameworks

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, fleet, last mile, or large-scale operations management
• Strong experience managing on-ground operational teams and external vendors/3PLs
• Strong analytical skills (Excel required)
• Proven experience in process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational scaling
• Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
