Job Description

This online finance company is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing and digital acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies across SEM, SEO, channel performance, and data analytics
• Identify innovative acquisition tactics to drive traffic and improve funnel conversion
• Oversee budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
• Align marketing initiatives with Sales to support revenue growth
• Leverage data and market insights to enhance campaign impact
• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of digital marketing experience, including leadership roles
• Proven success in B2C performance marketing experience in e-commerce or fintech is a plus
• Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
• Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities thrives in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoke
