What we're looking for
Xenith is looking for a commercially driven, endlessly curious leader to build and scale strategic partnerships across Asia, with an immediate focus on Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and a strong emphasis on cross-border money movement linked to Vietnam. This role is suited to someone who has been through a true 0-to-1 journey before: identifying the right corridor opportunities, opening doors with payment and remittance partners, structuring deals, and helping turn a new business line into a scalable engine.
The role will cover both Xenith's core B2B business and its newer D2C opportunity. Xenith's platform currently supports collections, disbursements, and cross-border settlements, with local payment methods in Southeast Asia. This hire will be expected to expand the partner ecosystem that enables those flows and unlock new commercial use cases.
