Summer Internship Program 2026

The Summer Internship Program 2026 supports interns to sharpen their job skills and broaden their exposure which will enable a better preparation and understanding of the future career path and interest in investment banking industry. You are welcome to apply summer internship in either front office or back office to gain hands-on experience and participate in practical and impactful projects. Shortlisted interns would have the opportunity to receive a graduate return offer at the end of the internship.

We are currently looking for candidates who are pursuing a university degree and are undertaken the penultimate/ final year of university study to join our 10-week summer internship program in Hong Kong which will start from June 2026.

Key Features of Summer Internship Program

• During the 10 weeks summer internship, you will have a fruitful on the job training in the designated team and department.

• You will be assigned a coach to assist your development progress during the summer internship.

• Upon the successful completion of the internships, standout summer interns who have demonstrated exceptional performance would have the opportunity to gain a return offer to join the Company.

Who are we looking for:

• Penultimate/ Final year of university study (Bachelor Degree / Master Degree) in any field of study attained at top-tier university. Candidate with STEM major is an advantage.

• Good academic results in previous years of study with a minimum cumulative GPA of

• 3.3 / Second Class Honors Upper Division or equivalent.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English / Chinese.

• Genuine interest and ambition to develop a long-term career in investment banking businesses.
