You will have the important role of delivering exceptional and consistently high-quality service to valued customers. As the Guest Services Officer - Concierge/Bell Attendant, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Preferably with a valid HK driving license. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1-year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Candidates with less experience may be considered asBell Attendant.
