The VIP Reception Ambassador is responsible for providing frontline interaction with clients. Through warm and friendly communication, the ambassador ensures that all VIP guests enjoy a pleasant service experience, thereby enhancing the strong brand image and core values of Standard Chartered International Commercial Bank.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome visiting VIP guests, politely answer phone calls, and provide necessaryinformation and timely assistance.
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting room equipment, andreplenishing related supplies.
- Conduct regular patrols and thorough inspections of the workplace and reportmaintenance needs to ensure a highquality and comfortable reception environment.
- Maintain and organize the refreshment area daily, replenishing food and beverage itemsas needed.
- Manage office stationery and pantry supplies, including procurement and inventorycontrol, ensuring consistency between inventory levels and the inventory list.
- Manage vendor access and record vendor entries and exits.
- Assist with other clientassigned tasks to ensure smooth completion of relatedoperations.
- Support head office operations by serving as an effective communication bridgebetween the client and VIP guests.

Experience And Educational Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience or a university degree.
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or the airline industry involving facetoface customer interaction is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and frequently operate office equipment and foodservice equipment.
