Position Description:

As the GTM Manager of Anker's Eufy category in Taiwan, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the launch strategy of Eufy products in the Taiwan market, and promoting the sales growth and brand building of Eufy products in the Taiwan market. You will closely collaborate with multiple teams including sales, marketing, product, and operation to ensure the successful launch and continuous development of Eufy products in the Taiwan market.

Main responsibilities:

Market research and analysis

Gain an in-depth understanding of the smart home market in Taiwan, including its market size, competitive landscape, consumer demands, and channel characteristics.

Analyze the GTM strategies of competitors to identify market opportunities and threats.

Conduct regular market research, collect user feedback, and provide a basis for product improvement and marketing strategies.

GTM strategy formulation and implementation

Based on the market research results, formulate the GTM strategy for Eufy products in the Taiwan market, including product positioning, pricing strategy, channel strategy, marketing strategy, etc.

Work with the product team to ensure that the products meet the demands of the Taiwane market.

Work with the sales team to set sales targets and sales plans.

Work with the marketing team to formulate marketing plans, including online promotion, offline activities, PR, etc.

Coordinate the resources of various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of the GTM strategy.

Channel Management and Expansion

Be responsible for the channel management of Eufy products in the Taiwan market, including online channels (e-commerce platforms, social media) and offline channels (retail stores, distributors).

Expand new sales channels and increase the coverage of Eufy products in the Taiwan market.

Establish a good cooperative relationship with channel partners to jointly promote the sales of Eufy products.

Marketing activity planning and execution

Based on market demand and product features, plan and execute various marketing activities, including online promotions, offline events, new product launches, etc.

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and make adjustments based on the evaluation results.

Work with the marketing team to produce marketing materials, including product brochures, posters, videos, etc.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Track the sales data, market share, user feedback, etc. of Eufy products in the Taiwan market.

Analyze the data, identify problems and opportunities, and put forward improvement suggestions.

Report the market situation and the implementation of the GTM strategy to the management on a regular basis.

Budget Management

Be responsible for the GTM budget management of Eufy products in the Taiwan market to ensure the rational use of the budget.

Track the implementation of the budget and make adjustments based on the actual situation.
