About the Role
The job involves working in a diverse multi-cultural company and this position will implement and develop Volkswagen Group Taiwan and Audi brand PR strategy in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as VW Group and Audi's main media contact person for press and maintaining integrated communication to foster company reputation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, implement and manage public relations programs and initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with relevant stakeholders, eg. Government, media, KOL, etc.
- Design and distribute the content for media announcements and social media.
- Formulate content for public announcement, such as speeches, interview, workshop, etc.
- Monitor media exposure frequently and ensure it is in compliance with corporate image
- Monitor internal and external communication materials frequently and ensure it is in compliance with corporate direction
- Measure and provide reports on PR campaign
- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
- PR budget management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, in and across brands, to ensure coherent communication
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum bachelor, Master preferred
- Minimum 8 working experience in PR or Marketing Communications
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Passion for automobile, branding and communication
- Responsible, accountable, and punctual
- Good team player with proactive
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken)
