Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Evangelize a coherent, end-to-end manufacturing strategy spanning from sheet metal, PCBA to plug-n-play, ready to deploy rack level total solution to prospect customers and play a critical role in achieving the companys aggressive revenue goal
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial approach to drive a coordinated strategy to grow the PCBA manufacturing business
- Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage with business executives at target technology partners and customers
- Serve as the primary interface with the customers on all matters involving CM/ODM/OEM manufacturing program management and contract execution
- Able to work directly with customers production engineering group to improve designs and enhance processes
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Understanding of manufacturing process and quality improvement system and program.
- Experience in managing PCBA manufacturing projects involving Tier 1 global customers and partners
- Ability to develop, implement and execute strategy. Accountability for achieving business goals. Comfortable to communicate with all levels of organization.
- Prior work experience in the manufacturing industry in business unit director or manager or similar roles with career progress.
- Proven track record of accomplishments. Result-driven and goal oriented individual comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, inquisitive and excellent problem-solving skills
- BS degree in electrical engineering or another related technical field preferred
- Minimum of 15 years experience in fields such as server total solution, PCBA manufacturing operation and technology partnership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Willingness to travel.
