Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Vice President with Supacaz, based in Taipei. The responsibilities include leading the company's global strategy, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing business expansion, and driving growth in multiple international markets. The Global Vice President will also be responsible for brand development, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across all regions. Active collaboration with key stakeholders and partners will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strategic planning experience in global markets, preferably in the sports or cycling industry
• Strong skills in international business development, brand positioning, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, partnership-building, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency
• Ability to work on-site in Taipei and travel internationally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Passionate about the cycling or sports industries, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
