Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for the Global Vice President of SUPACAZ will be based in our Taipei office. The Global VP will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the brand's global presence, including brand growth, business development, market share expansion, and operations across multiple regions. Responsibilities include leading teams in multiple branches (California, Taipei, Tokyo), developing strategies to ensure continued market share growth, driving innovation, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with company goals and values. The ideal candidate will act as a key leader representing the brand across different markets and fostering strong partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strategic leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth in a global context
  • Expertise in brand development, marketing strategies, and creating campaigns that align with market trends and consumer needs
  • Strong business development skills, including expanding market share and forging strategic partnerships
  • Operational expertise in managing international offices, with experience working across cultures and regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Passion for cycling, sports, and the lifestyle market; experience in the cycling or sports industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or other relevant languages) is highly desirable
