Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Portfolio Management
- Analyze global portfolio and identify revenue and growth opportunities by region.
- Collaborate with Regional commercial team to execute growth strategies.
- Segment Strategy development
- Define a 5-year strategy based on technology requirements from global customers
- Drive alignment between regional and global priorities.
- Profitability & Operations
- Optimize profitability and productivity across 3 manufacturing plants (US, Korea, China) and 2 tolling sites (Japan, France).
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to ensure operational excellence.
- Innovation
- Manage new product development and oversee all stages of the development cycle, ensuring alignment at each stage gate review.
- Drive collaboration with tool and material suppliers to support innovation and accelerate development.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor consumables market and over 5 years in semiconductor technology, R&D, application development, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of growing businesses in complex, global organizations.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related analytical field
- Leadership & Skills
- Strong ability to lead global teams through ambiguity and evolving market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with shifting priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA)
