Global Sales Head (B2C consumer electronics own brand )

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our B2C channel strategy and drive sales growth for our computer and mobile accessories. If you have a proven track record in the electronics industry and excel at building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our B2C channel sales strategy to ensure strong market growth. You'll lead and manage a sales and channel team, focusing on improving channel performance and market penetration. You will also be key in nurturing and expanding our partnerships with distributors, retailers, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C channel management and sales strategies for products like computer and mobile accessories.
  • Lead and manage the sales and channel team to build a high-performing unit and enhance market penetration.
  • Maintain and expand key channel partnerships with distributors, retailers, and online platforms .
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt channel strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Logistics) to align resources and support sales goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2C channel management, with a background in the electronics components industry. Experience with computer and mobile accessories, graphics cards, or motherboards is highly preferred. Experience with Global market including US and EMEA market are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in channel strategy planning and execution.
  • Excellent business negotiation skills and a strong network within the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and using sales data to inform strategy.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
