This role builds strong external partnerships and drives proactive engagement to ensure the regulatory compliance needs of our customers are met according to their expected timelines and goals.
Global Regulatory Compliance Project Manager, Taiwan, focuses on customer relations, management and execution of certification projects, from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous contact with the client, receive their requests, respond to inquiries, follow up on their regulatory compliance projects in telecommunications, and provide information. Comply with service level agreements. Be the voice of the customer within the company. Keep databases and information systems related to clients, countries, projects, and more up to date.
- Extract actionable items from proposals
- Resource allocation and kick-off creation, along with dependencies.
- Track dependencies status and pull customers for completion.
- Request clarifications from customers if needed support.
- Support and communicate with the customer on project-related issues and details.
- Manage the planning, execution, and control of regulatory compliance projects in telecommunications, engaging internally and with third parties (laboratories, governments, etc.) to meet established goals.

- Management of local suppliers involved in these processes.
- Participate in Industry forums when possible.
