Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Global Operations Launcher to evaluate and establish new overseas business opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills for market entry evaluation, exceptional partnership management capabilities, and the agility to learn product operations quickly. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and can transform ideas into actionable business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new overseas business opportunities, including competitive, customer, and regulatory analysis.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and business models tailored to local market conditions.
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and local business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, finance) to align strategies for market entry and growth.
  • Learn and adapt product operations to ensure smooth business launch and sustainable execution in overseas markets.
  • Track and evaluate business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary driver for new market initiatives, from concept validation to execution and scaling.
  • Manage cross-functional project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment among product, legal, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams for successful market entry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, new market entry, or international expansion.
  • Willingness to travel in accordance with business travel plans.
  • Familiar with automotive / scooter business, including industry trends, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in market research and business evaluation.
  • Excellent partnership management and negotiation skills, with cross-cultural communication experience.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to product operations, with hands-on execution mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills for target markets are a plus.
  • Numerical literacy and the ability to interpret financial assumptions at a business level, collaborating with finance teams to ensure alignment on market entry strategies.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of market entry milestones.
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex discussions into concise reports and partner-facing materials.
