Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The Global Inclusion team at HQ Hsinchu is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative partner to join us in shaping the future of a workplace where collaboration, empowerment, and innovation thrive. As a Global Inclusion (Senior) Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating an inclusive environment with sense of belonging. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, open-minded, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to manage and enable corporate inclusion initiatives (including ERGs sponsorship and ESG projects) that advance people experience/engagement and sustainability. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies that align People Vision, Global Inclusive Workplace Statement, with actionable projects, ensuring measurable success and a lasting positive business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

The role is expected to be agile, open-minded, self-motivated and good-at-numbers to manage and support to foster inclusive workplace, ERG & ESG projects, including but not limited to

1. Data analysis, dashboard/database, and content management - Gathers, analyzes, and translates data to understand barriers towards global inclusion. Researches and develops metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of inclusive-workplace initiatives.

2. Digital marketing planning & implementation - Manages and executes global-inclusive-workplace marketing campaign and website. Provides concrete thoughts for implementation and organizes distribution through various promotion channels. Measures and reports on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3. Project management & support - Conducts internal assessments related to global-inclusive-workplace to assist in work environment, policy development, and improvement. Executes and supports projects and ensure the program success. Collaborates and co-ordinates globally with stakeholders across TSMC and the Company's HR functions, helps design methods to evaluate the progress of corporate work and identify potential approaches to improving outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

1. At least 3-5 years proven professional experience in data analysis, public policy, project management or digital marketing/communications from global scope.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in social sciences, mass communications, or business analysis & management majors.

3. An efficient coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive positive results.

4. Demonstrate self-motivated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.

5. Open-minded team player who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation.

6. Familiarity with inclusive workplace strategies, employee engagement trends, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.

7. In place of the above requirements, a combination of relevant education and experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered.
