About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in power and energy management solutions, with strong engineering capabilities and a well-established presence across international markets. As part of its strategic growth, the business is expanding its own-brand consumer charging portfolio (USB-C PD, fast charging solutions, accessories) and building a global B2C commercial capability.
Job Description
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the global commercial and sales strategy for the consumer charging product line.
- Define marketentry strategies, product positioning, and pricing models across US, APAC, MEA, and emerging markets.
- Own revenue targets, margin performance, and overall business results.
Channel Development
- Build and expand a multichannel sales ecosystem, including distributors, retail partners, key accounts, and regional partners.
- Manage distributor relationships across mature and developing markets.
- Drive channel performance, sales coverage expansion, and partner enablement.
E-commerce & Digital Sales
- Lead the growth of DTC and online sales channels.
- Oversee marketplace operations (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including promotional planning, pricing strategy, and traffic/conversion optimization.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and online performance.
Product & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D on product roadmap and market insights.
- Lead global gotomarket planning, product launch execution, and promotional strategy.
- Ensure global marketing initiatives are aligned with regional execution.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale a regional sales & marketing team (10+ headcount).
- Drive performance management, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish a high-performance culture aligned to global commercial goals.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Background
- 15+ years in sales, marketing, or business development in consumer electronics, peripherals, or mobile accessories.
- Proven track record managing B2C business across international markets.
- Experience in own-brand (nonOEM/ODM) business is strongly preferred.
Channel & Market Expertise
- Strong experience in distributor management, retail channel development, and key account management.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and online sales operations.
- Mandatory exposure to US and APAC markets; MEA experience is a plus.
Leadership & Commercial Strength
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling teams of 10+ people.
- Strong commercial mindset with a history of owning revenue, margins, and sales performance.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams.
