We are now seeking for Division Head - Energy sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account for full spectrum of strategic planning and operations from business development to project delivery
- Engage with clients to offer building energy and decarbonization integrated solutions to identify their needs
- Acts as core member of senior management team to create bespoke business plan and project pipelines for performance contracting
- Review and monitor the vendors performances to enhance progressive improvement
- Translate market trends and technology innovations into actionable roadmaps
- Fully conversant with projects strategic planning functions and detailed works scheduling to identify the project pipeline
- Lead a high-performing team to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop the best practices and efficient processes to drive the business growth and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Engineering, Energy Management or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of energy project management experiences with proven track record preferably in sustainability and cooling sector
- Proven experiences in full project cycles in building management solutions
- Professional membership in energy industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
- A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
