Your main role is to: -Plan and execute tester setup projects for efficient testing. -Coordinate with production and design teams to address test-related issues. -Review and address tester downtime, ensuring productivity. -Review documentation for accuracy and compliance. -Generate test programs, design fixtures, and validate equipment. -Monitor preventive maintenance for optimal setup performance. -Conduct training for Test Technicians and operators to enhance proficiency. Who are we looking for -Experience in designing test setups based on Product Specifications and schematic diagrams. -New Graduate open -Experience in repairs and maintenance of electronic equipment is advantageous. -Proficient in computer skills. -Ability to supervise technical personnel effectively. -Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. -Knowledge of programming and equipment controls via GPIB/HPIB interface card. -Familiarity with a wide variety of test and measuring instruments. -Knowledge of visual basic programming or other object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB6, or Python.
