Arrange production activities according to production plan. 2. Management of raw material and finish good. 3. Management and application of fixtures and tools. 4. Check and Audit for the quality of first piece. 5. Shop floor control, audit and supervision. 6. Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product. 7. Exploring, reflecting and taking action for production issue. 8. Training operator. Who are we looking for -Bachelor's degree in related field. -Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. -Cooperate Auto CAD software basically. -Able to use QC 7 techniques to analyze abnormity of production lines and deal with defective products. -Well organized, Problem solving, strong leadership, good analytical thinking and service minded. -Good command of spoken and written in English, computer literacy.
