Reports To: VP Fund Service Transfer Agency
- Ensure effective and correct operation of TA activities.
- Foster positive client relationships.
- Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
- Safeguards the Bank from potential loss.
- Ensure staff to receive adequate and sufficient training and development opportunity.
- Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
- Good communication and management skills.
- GPAD covered.
- (Trust Level 3)
