Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the front-end development and management of ByteDance's international e-commerce supply chain business products, and leading the promotion of international supply chain capacity building 2. Responsible for promoting and optimizing the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end projects 3. Actively promote the improvement of products, including technology, user experience, products and other dimensions 4. Formulate the team's technical plan, maintain the overall technological advancement of the front-end team, and provide relevant technical guidance 5. Responsible for the daily management of the team and project advancement.
Qualifications
1. Computer-related majors, more than 5 years of experience in Web front-end development, management experience is preferred 2. Pursue perfection and perfection, strive for excellence in work, and be good at summarizing and exploring the essence of things 3. Have a certain understanding of mainstream front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular, etc.), and have in-depth application of at least one of them 4. Pay attention to Web development, be passionate about new technologies, and look forward to or have developed excellent products have practical understanding and practical experience of Web applications that achieve high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience 5. Be a team player, have an optimistic and cheerful personality, have strong adaptability, be able to actively face pressure, and have good service awareness and cross-team communication and collaboration skills 6. Be familiar with one of the server-side languages (Node.js/Python/Java/Golang/PHP), have experience in server-side development have strong system design capabilities, engineering capabilities, and technical planning capabilities.
