Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role as a Franchisee in Taiwan for CrEd - Creative Education International. As a Franchisee, you will be responsible for managing franchise operations, coordinating programs, and maintaining the organization's quality standards. Key tasks include implementing creative education programs, building strong relationships with educators, clients, and learners, as well as managing marketing efforts to promote the unique offerings of CrEd in Taiwan. You will oversee staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with the CrEd support team to align with the organization's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Business management skills, including leadership, decision-making, and operational oversight.
• Strong communication and networking abilities, including experience in relationship management and building partnerships.
• Sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to promote educational programs effectively.
• An understanding of or experience with education, training, or curriculum development is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and implement innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; other language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with the local education landscape and market trends in Taiwan is a definite advantage.
• A passion for fostering creativity, teamwork, and lifelong learning in diverse communities.
