Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience as a semiconductor process engineer, yield engineer or test engineer, or in a related role in the area of semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data.
- Experience with SoC and Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) productization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures and equipment to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during NPI into mass production.
- Lead early production site qualifications for NPI. Drive yield and process improvements, development and continuous improvement process validation.
- Drive cross-functional efforts for technology and operational readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics using statistical tools and techniques for consistently delivering high quality products and for excursion management.
