Job Description

1. Handle sea and air freight forwarding, adept at developing clients, expanding markets, and achieving performance targets.

2. Responsible for domestic business liaison, quotation, and subsequent import/export issues, as well as handling accounts receivable collection.

3. Maintain existing clients and cultivate and expand their usage.

4. Achieve monthly individual performance targets for the sales department.

5. Sign monthly business contracts and negotiate price quotations.

6. Manage new client opportunities, develop potential usage, and estimate monthly freight costs.

7. Register business opportunities.

8. Collect market and competitor pricing data.

9. Proactively develop potential clients and provide integrated transportation and customs clearance solutions.

10. Negotiate with shipping companies, airlines, and agent partners to provide competitive quotations.

11. Track cargo status, handle shipment and arrival anomalies, and ensure customer service quality.

12. Regularly review client volume and profit performance to achieve performance targets.

13. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the same industry who can bring in clients (the more clients brought in, the higher the basic fixed salary can be).

14. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
