Coach and train branches within the jurisdiction to promote insurance business and serve as a contact window to help solve insurance-related issues to achieve company performance goals.

1. Education and training: new product and sales skills training, holding briefing sessions.
2. Administrative assistance: Assist sales staff to handle new contract notes, preservation matters, explanations and promotions of various insurance regulations.
3. Business coaching: operation and promotion of various projects, product marketing skills training, coaching and motivation of marketing personnel.

Education level: college, university

Department: Banking and insurance related, finance, taxation and finance related

Work experience: more than 3 years

Proficient tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Other working conditions and restrictions:

1. Possess relevant certificates and licenses for personal insurance, investment insurance, non-investment foreign currency insurance, etc.

2. Applicants with bank management experience or channel fund sales experience are preferred
