Properly guide the branches in the training area to promote insurance business and serve as a contact window to assist in handling insurance-related issues in order to achieve the company's business performance goals.

1. Education training: Training for new products and sales skills, a lecture is held.
2. Administrative assistance: Assist salespersons in handling new contract litigation, preservation affairs, and insurance regulations and publicity.
3. Business guidance: the operation and promotion of various projects, product marketing practice, marketing personnel guidance and motivation.

Educational level: specialized, university department: bank insurance related, financial and tax related

Work experience: more than 3 years

Experience tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Other work conditions restrictions:

1. Relevant certificates for personal insurance, investment insurance, non-investment foreign currency insurance, etc.

2. Those with bank management specialized or channel fund marketing experience
